How Twitch Drops work
Twitch Drops run on the standard Twitch Drops model: watch the AION 2 category on Twitch for the required time, then claim the reward in-game. Rewards are delivered to the account on the linked game platform.
Linking your account
Linking is done through the Twitch account settings and the game client. Make sure the platform account you play on is the one you link, and check the in-game drop notification to confirm the link succeeded.
What you get

What we can tell you is that drops are tracked in Twitch and not in your game account, which is why players who never linked often do not notice a campaign is running.
Do Twitch Drops expire?
Campaign windows do. Each drop campaign has its own start and end date published by the publisher, and rewards are typically claimable only while the campaign is live. That is the main reason to link early rather than back when you want something.
Is Twitch linking worth it?
If you play on PC and watch Twitch at all, yes — there is no cost to linking and no gameplay effect either way. The rewards are the entire benefit. This is one of the few launch-window mechanics where linking early is strictly better than linking later.
